Ingredients:
12 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces bleu cheese, crumbled (or a cheese of
choice)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the two cheeses with the
remaining ingredients, except for the celery; blend
completely until all the ingredients are evenly
distributed.
2. Stuff each celery piece with enough of the mixture to
fill the “slit” in the celery stalk.
3. Serve chilled.
